This is a hard subject to tackle. No one really wants to talk about it.

Time and time again we shy away from hard conversation and those who continue to bear the brunt of our fear is our children themselves.

I do not claim to have all the answers. In fact there is a lot I do not know. But I have spent many years of my clinical life working closely with children just like yours and we owe it to them to at least start the conversation.
