Jenny Palmiotto, Psy. D, LMFT

Founder of Love & Autism and The Family Guidance and Therapy Center

Jenny Palmiotto, Psy. D, LMFT, stands at the forefront of the neurodiversity movement. Dr. Palmiotto is the visionary founder of Love & Autism.

Love & Autism is not just a name; it’s a profound statement that embodies her commitment to dismantling systemic ableism.

Jenny is deeply committed to challenging the narrative that autistic people don’t want and need universal human experiences of love, authenticity, and belonging. She champions the belief that autistic rights are human rights; advocating for a society that fully embraces neurodiversity.

As the owner and clinical director of The Family Guidance and Therapy Center, Jenny has created a model of neurodiversity-affirming therapy for autistic family systems. Her vision is clear, bold and transformative. Her leadership in creating a neurodivergent affirming world is a testament to her unwavering belief in the power of love and acceptance. Jenny Palmiotto invites each of us to join her in creating a world where autistic people are seen, heard, and understood.

Love & Autism Clinicians

Bronte Smith, AMFT

Bronte Smith believes that healing begins when we are met with understanding rather than correction. Her work embodies the heart of Love & Autism — a commitment to seeing neurodiversity as human diversity, where difference is neither pathology nor deficit, but part of what makes us beautifully complex.

As a trauma-focused therapist, Bronte integrates DBT, IFS, and relational practices to help clients reconnect with their inner resilience and sense of safety. She understands that trauma often lives quietly in the body, shaping how we move through the world, and she helps clients gently reintroduce themselves to calm, connection, and belonging.

Bronte offers steadiness in the storm. Whether supporting someone through grief, anxiety, or crisis, she holds space with compassion and curiosity, reminding each person that healing is not about becoming someone new — it’s about remembering who you’ve always been.

Will Dietrich, AMFT, APCC

Will Dietrich believes that therapy should be a place where healing feels deeply human — where laughter, courage, and transformation can coexist. His work reflects a belief that every person is welcome; deserving of love, authenticity, and understanding.

At Love & Autism, Will practices from a trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming lens, supporting clients who carry stories their bodies have not yet been able to release. Using EMDR and relational attunement, he helps people find safety in their nervous systems and rediscover connection with themselves and others.

Will’s calm, compassionate presence creates a space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. He walks beside them as they move from surviving to belonging — toward a grounded life that feels both peaceful and authentically their own.

Dale Rawnson, AMFT

Dale Rawnson approaches therapy as a collaborative journey of re-membering — bringing together the parts of ourselves that have been silenced or left behind. Her work is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves spaces that feel emotionally safe, inclusive, and affirming of who they truly are.

At Love & Autism, Dale practices through a trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming framework. She blends her extensive knowledge of systems and her passionate pursuit to support her clients to live their best life. Her approach rejects the idea that people must change to belong — instead, she helps them rediscover belonging within themselves.

Known for her authentic and straightforward style, Dale offers authentic and personalized care. She believes healing is not linear but layered — and that within each person lies an enduring strength, waiting to be met with love, safety, and understanding.
